The Board of Directors will hold a Budget Workshop to review and discuss the proposed 2026 annual budget and assessment.

This is an open workshop for discussion and planning purposes only. No voting or formal actions will be taken at this meeting.

UPDATE 8/10/25​

PASCO Water and Sewer Improvements

In on-going efforts to bring the infrastructure of our community up to current specifications, Pasco County Utilities will begin work, starting the week of August 11, at the pump station located on Sea Forest Drive between Angel Fish and Yellowfin. The work time-line will be for the next four to five weeks. During this time, barriers will be in place, which may reduce the traffic pattern at and near the work location. Please use caution when walking or driving in that area.

There will be no interruptions to services.

Hurricane season officially began on June 1. As we've seen both locally and across the country, weather conditions can shift rapidly—so it's essential to be prepared and have a plan in place.

​Communication is Key!

Our SFBC HOA wants everyone to stay informed with what is happening in our community.  Most communications are done via email and can only be sent to those who opt-in with written permission.  All residents are encouraged to provide a current email address to receive important information from the HOA and Sentry Management.

 

If you are an owner you can provide/update your email contact information at the Sentry Management website (click here).

If you are a renter, visit the SFBC website Contact Us page (see below). Provide your name, physical address and email, and permission to use your email. (Note - only confirmed owners and renters will receive communications.)
