Palm tree trimming

​

Palm trees in our community will be trimmed & booted throughout the day Saturday June 7 and Sunday June 8. If you have a vehicle parked beneath a palm tree it is advised that you temporarily relocate while work is being done.

UPDATE 6/7/25

Irrigation - Progress has been steady and showing positive results as all areas are now getting water. If your grass is not doing well, give it time to revive! Once we have adequate and consistent water patterns, grass and sod replacement will begin.

 

Palm Tree Trimming - Our palms are getting their annual "Hurricane Cut" to prepare them for the season. They are also being booted this year to clean the trunks. Looking sharp! Thank you Curb Appeal for your hard work.

 

Power Washing - Have you noticed a little sparkle on the pond culverts and fencing? They were recently power-washed to remove algae buildup and look fantastic! Thank you StreamTeam Exterior Cleaning for a job well done.  

 

Communication is Key!

Our SFBC HOA wants everyone to stay informed with what is happening in our community.  Most communications are done via email and can only be sent to those who opt-in with written permission.  All residents are encouraged to provide a current email address to receive important information from the HOA and Sentry Management.

 

If you are an owner you can provide/update your email contact information at the Sentry Management website (click here).

If you are a renter, visit the SFBC website Contact Us page (see below). Provide your name, physical address and email, and permission to use your email. (Note - only confirmed owners and renters will receive communications.)
